Evorá (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Evorá mobile application (the “App”).

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, age, weight, height, gender, and fitness goals.

Health and Fitness Data: We collect information you provide related to your training, including workout logs, exercise sets and reps, nutrition logs, sleep data, water intake, step counts, and progress photos (if you choose to upload them).

Coach Conversations: Messages you send to your AI coach are processed to generate personalized responses, including program recommendations, nutrition guidance, and check-in support. These messages are sent to a third-party AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate responses.

Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Evorá, your purchase is processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information; this is handled entirely by Apple.

Device Information: We may collect device push notification tokens to send you coaching reminders and updates.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide personalized training programs, nutrition plans, and coaching responses

• Send proactive coaching notifications based on your activity and goals

• Track your progress over time

• Improve and maintain the App

• Process your subscription and manage your account

Third-Party Services

Evorá uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to power the AI coach feature. Messages you send to your coach are processed by this third-party service to generate responses. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You may update or delete your account information at any time by contacting us. You may also disable push notifications through your device settings.

Children’s Privacy

Evorá is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
