Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Evorá mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Evorá provides AI-powered fitness coaching, including personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, and proactive coaching support. The App is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

Evorá is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The training programs, nutrition recommendations, and coaching guidance provided through the App are for general informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

Subscriptions and Billing

Evorá offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings at any time.

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may include limited-time founding member rates, which remain locked in for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to the App, including your fitness goals, physical limitations, and health information. You agree to use the App at your own risk and acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury.

AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI coach feature is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed to provide general fitness coaching. Responses are generated automatically and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice from a licensed professional.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evorá and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury sustained while following a training program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
